Married to Maureen with 3 children and 6 grandchildren, living and working in the Bedford area of the UK since 1961.

Worked for Texas Instruments as an Electronic Test Engineer, then variously in manufacturing/test depts for semiconductor production and computer integration, before retiring into my hobbies at the tender age of 52 from the post of Import/Export Manager.

Hobbies are Family, Home and Garden, Writing, Competition Free Flight (vintage) Aeromodelling and Rover SD1's.

These last three are often combined, as all journeys to flying competitions are done in one of the SD1's and, putting on record my hobby experiences in essays penned for various club magazines, satisfies my modest writing ambitions.
